But Really... What Am I?
For more than a decade now, I have been breaking stereotypes by challenging the norms as an engineer and leader at various tech companies focused on mobile, gaming, e-commerce, and social networking technologies.
I’m currently an Engineering Manager at Pinterest working on their inspirational shopping and merchant products. Prior to that I was at Zynga building games played by millions around the world.
Since graduating from Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo, I have been a huge advocate for diversity and inclusion in STEM fields.
I love to support the community by offering mentorship sessions and giving talks at tech events. Scroll down to see the various industry events I’ve volunteered my time at in the past!
My interests span a wide range of topics including video games, dancing, robotics & cars, alternative fashion, foodie adventures, and event planning. Have something fun for me? I’ll probably try it out as long as it doesn’t involve falling from heights or spicy flavours!
Am I a basic robot with low RAM, or just a regular human girl? You decide.
